From a brief meeting with Rod Serling at the legendary Sherman Oaks Experimental College in 1975 to his work with Tony Randall and The National Theater Guild West, Marcus Everett*† has always known that he was and is an actor. Having studied with Stella Adler and Tracy Roberts as well as Jeremiah Comey and Mark Brady, Marcus worked in the West Coast Premiere of Pacific Overture prior to its launch with East-West Players; several off-Broadway Productions; and film work with Chris Nolan, Francis Lawrence, and Ben Affleck in Live for Night. Marcus is always seeking to stretch himself: working with stand-up, as a graduate of IO West Improv, and with guest spots on Comedy Central. With an ever-abiding love for his craft, Marcus is striving to bring back the classics, as he calls it, “a return to the originals, those undeniably uncomfortable truths.” This is the quest.
